Dievole

In one of the most popular wine regions in the world, Chianti Classico, 152 hectares of vines are planted, with a philosophy of sustainable production, which respects the environment and the natural life cycle of the grapes. Since 2017 the winery has organic certification. The respect for the terroir is complemented by a careful work in the winery, where spontaneous fermentation in concrete vats, using only native yeasts, and aging in large barrels, preserve the organoleptic properties of the grapes, expressing the best of the soil. Most of the area is planted with Sangiovese but there are also other native varieties, like Canaiolo, Colorino and Trebbiano. There are three expressions of Dievole: its vineyards, which give life to intense wines, the olive trees that dot the landscape with their timeless charm; and the warm welcome of the historic villa “Villa Dievole”, an elegant destination where visitors can live an unforgettable experience.
