Our story begins in Provaglio d'Iseo, a small town in Franciacorta, province of Brescia, framed by the peaks of Mount Cognolo and refreshed by Lake Iseo. The name, "Pro-vallem" ("before the valley"), comes from its strategic position along the Roman road from Brescia to Val Camonica.
Among the vineyards of "Redigoli" and "Dossi," Elisabetta embraces the dream of creating wine, especially with Pinot Noir. Guided by manufacturing experience, Elisabetta believes in excellence through complete control, from the origin of the grapes to the cellar.
This requires meticulous selections of unique places and vines for our Franciacorta between Provaglio d'Iseo, Passirano and Paderno Franciacorta. In the vineyard, the best wine is born: selected clones, high density, manual harvest at the right time, limited production per vine and deep respect for the environment.
The next step is organic farming, a testament to our commitment to preserving the territory and creating wines that fully express the uniqueness of Franciacorta.
