Samuel Billaud

Samuel Billaud was previously the winemaker at the famous Domaine Billaud-Simon, but founded his own winery in 2009 to focus on producing wines under his own name.

His philosophy is to produce wines that reflect the unique terroir of Chablis, with a careful and respectful approach to the environment.

Samuel Billaud's wines are often praised for their freshness, purity and minerality, typical characteristics of Chablis wines.

His cuvées are made with grapes from different vineyard parcels, each with its own particularities.
