This terroir is characterized by calcareous-clay soils and a temperate microclimate, ideal for enhancing the aromatic maturity of the grapes.

A rosé of charm and substance, where the structure of Pinot Noir meets the crystalline elegance of Chardonnay. Prolonged ageing on the lees adds aromatic depth and softness, while the balanced dosage of 8 g/L maintains tension and pleasantness. A balanced Champagne, ideal for those looking for a refined but not austere rosé.

This Champagne reflects the pursuit of harmony between finesse and intensity, resulting from the perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay (50%) and Pinot Noir (50%). The vineyards located on limestone-clay slopes are the foundation for this wonderful Champagne, which ages on the lees for eight years before disgorgement. The 2016 Chardonnay harvest was exceptionally poor and the blend was adjusted to 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.
