Superior gin with a transparent and crystalline color obtained from primary quality Tuscan juniper renowned for its intense and rounded flavour. The main distinctive element is the presence of water from the Mediterranean Sea which gives exceptional flavor and enhances all the other botanicals present within the product.

TASTE EXPERIENCE
The citrus scents of lemon and bergamot stand out on the nose while on the palate we will have an evolution of flavors that we will perceive in sequence: the flavor of the sea water, the freshness of the citrus fruits, a spicy note of the coriander leaves and finally the softness of vanilla. Everything will be balanced in a perfectly harmonious way. At the end of the tasting our palate will be clean and the aroma in the mouth will remain intense and very persistent.
PRODUCTION
The production takes place with an artisanal method using neutral alcohol obtained from Italian rye and wheat. All the botanicals used are of primary quality and distilled separately. Each botanical has a different extraction temperature, for this reason the separate distillation allowed us to achieve the optimal flavor of each component.
ADVICE
To be enjoyed pure at room temperature or mixed with ice, tonic water and a sprig of rosemary. We recommend using a neutral tonic.
