The Vermentino grape grown in the sunny vineyards of the Casamaria estate in Maremma, acquired in 2003 by the Zingarelli family, is the main component of this wine. Straw yellow in color, the aroma offers floral notes reminiscent of acacia flowers and broom, which then give way to delicate fruity aromas of apple and pineapple. On the palate it is dry, soft and pleasantly fresh. Even the label features a "wind pump" that embodies the wind that constantly caresses the vineyard, with the sun reflected in the color of the wine. It is intended to make the consumer think of the heat of the summer that continues to come.

Historic cru of the company, it is the expression of grapes from the vineyard "il Crocino" composed of four plots, located in the highest part of the hill. The entire vineyard extends for 36 hectares on soils rich in sand and skeleton. The grapes intended for the production of this wine come exclusively from the Tenuta di Fizzano. After fermentation, the wine matures in 25 hl French oak barrels for 18-22 months, while a small part (10%) matures in new tonneaux for a few months, followed by a year of refinement in the bottle.
Vinsanto di Rocca delle Macìe is a sweet wine of great prestige and tradition, a symbol of Tuscan excellence. Produced from selected Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, it is the fruit of an artisanal process that enhances the territory and ancient winemaking techniques.
