Vinsanto di Rocca delle Macìe is a sweet wine of great prestige and tradition, a symbol of Tuscan excellence. Produced from selected Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, it is the fruit of an artisanal process that enhances the territory and ancient winemaking techniques.
The grapes, harvested by hand when perfectly ripe, are left to dry on racks for several weeks, concentrating sugars and aromas. Once pressed, the must ferments slowly, partly in steel and partly in small wooden barrels, where the wine is aged for at least 36 months. This long period gives Vinsanto complexity, elegance and a unique aromatic profile.
