What is Tfermento?
Tfermento is your online wine shop! It is a platform where you can transfer your passion for wine to your loved ones by allowing them to become part of a Group, your Wine Team. Tfermento offers wines in packs of 6 bottles, 3 bottles or single bottles, at market prices. We redistribute 10% of purchases made by all users through a cashback system.
How are the wines offered for sale on Tfermento chosen?
Our experience and our passion at your service! On Tfermento you will not find thousands of bottles of wine, but the choice of a careful selection of wines from Italian and foreign wineries. All wines are tasted by our experts before being published online, there is a careful detailed description of the characteristics of the wine, available in the product sheet on our platform.

To make an order purchase do I have to be registered on Tfermento?
Yes, registration is mandatory to purchase, furthermore our offers are reserved only for members registered on the site.
Can I cancel an order I've placed?
Once an order has been completed and sent, it can no longer be cancelled. If you have had any problems during your purchase, please write to us at info@tfermento.com and explain what happened. We will do our best to respond to you as soon as possible.
How can I return a product?

I received a damaged bottle: how can I return it and get a refund?
Our courier is very careful to delicately handle the packages sent by Tfermento to its members. If for some reason one or more bottles should arrive damaged at your address, contact our customer care immediately at info@tfermento.com and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will respond to you as soon as possible.
Can I change my parcel delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. However, you can enter in the notes if you wish to receive the order at a different address.
What kind of payment method can I use on Tfermento?
You can use Paypal and major credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard.
Is my data safe when I make a payment?
With Tfermento you are safe: all payment information is encrypted to ensure the maximum degree of privacy.
What is the credit card CVV code?
The CVV code is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your credit card.
How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
All products in your cart are "available", the order will be shipped within 24 working hours, delivery times are 1-3 days
How much does it cost to ship a package?
Shipping costs are fixed and amount to €9.00. However, if your order is equal to or greater than €90; shipping costs are completely free.
Is it possible to request an invoice?
If you requested an invoice at the time of purchase, you will receive an invoice via email to download in PDF.
