The harvest takes place in the first ten days of October where the grapes undergo a natural drying process in the vineyard. The harvest and subsequent destemming are done manually, followed by cold maceration and thermoregulated fermentation. Fermentation stops naturally when 13.5% vol. is reached, resulting in a residual sugar content of approximately 100 g/l.

Monte Olmi is the name of the vineyard located in Pedemonte di Valpolicella, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica. It has an extension of 2.5 hectares with south-west exposure. The vineyard is obtained on terraces: the steep slope ensures the loss of water in case of heavy rainfall, while the depth and the predominantly clayey structure allow it to retain water in periods of drought.

The Brunello di Montalcino 2018 from Castiglion del Bosco comes from the uniqueness of the Capanna vineyard, located north-west of Montalcino. The peculiar characteristics of this vineyard, such as the natural isolation, the altitude and the soil, characterized mainly by the presence of clayey schists, transfer refined elegance and great personality to this precious wine.

This champagne is a Blanc de Blanc, which means it is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, one of the most renowned grape varieties in champagne production. The "Premiere Cru" label indicates that the grapes come from vineyards classified as Premier Cru in the Champagne vineyard classification scale, which denotes exceptional quality.

The "Fusco Friuli Colli Orientali D.O.C. 2014 Magnum" is a large format bottle, with a capacity of 1.5 liters, often called "magnum". Fusco is produced in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, a wine-growing region renowned for the quality of its red wines.

The Merlot "Fusco" is a remarkable expression of the winery located among the lush terraces of Nimis, not far from Udine. After a partial drying process that defines its rounded structure, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks and subsequently aged in barriques for 36 months.  Its maturity is evident in the ruby red color with garnet highlights, with herbaceous aromas accompanied by enticing notes of wild berries and a subtly chocolatey finish. The palate is persistent and enveloping, offering a perfect harmony of elements that make for an enjoyable and refined drinking experience.
