Cuvée Zero Rosé Metodo Classico Extra Brut suggests a rosé sparkling wine produced using the classic method, which is also known as the traditional method or Champenoise method. This method involves a second fermentation in the bottle, which gives the wine effervescence and complexity.

Very short maceration in steel, at a controlled temperature. The wine then rests in steel tanks at a temperature of 16/17 °C. The wine then ages for a short period in steel on its yeasts before bottling. Fruity aroma with notes of blackcurrant and white peach. It has a fresh flavor with lively acidity, present but balanced that brings back the flavor of Nebbiolo.

"Nerello Mascalese 'Molino A Vento' Terre Siciliane I.g.p. 2023" is a red wine produced in Sicily, a wine-growing region of Italy with a long tradition of producing high-quality wines. This wine is primarily made using the Nerello Mascalese grape, one of the island's most important native red varieties.

The characteristic that distinguishes this vine is its aptitude for floral abortion which allows the mother vine to nourish only a few grapes in a sublime way.  The soil is of marly Eocene origin. The harvest takes place at the end of October but these few grapes become must only after a wise and careful sieving lasting approximately 6 weeks.

Fermented and aged in Allier French oak barriques, the wine slowly evolves for about a year. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation give complexity and body.

The Merlot "Fusco" is a remarkable expression of the winery located among the lush terraces of Nimis, not far from Udine. After a partial drying process that defines its rounded structure, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks and subsequently aged in barriques for 36 months. Its maturity is evident in the ruby red color with garnet highlights, with herbaceous aromas accompanied by enticing notes of wild berries and a subtly chocolatey finish. The palate is persistent and enveloping, offering a perfect harmony of elements that make for an enjoyable and refined drinking experience.
