Years of careful observation of the potential of the Falanghina grape bear witness to Terredora’s continuous work in innovation and revival, aimed at enhancing the value of the region’s viticulture. Although the beauties of the Gulf of Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, and Amalfi are not far away, the inland is a hilly, mountainous area with a continental climate, where wine has been produced since the times of the Greeks and Romans.
The winemaking process begins with cold maceration of selected grapes harvested in early October, followed by cold-settled fermentation at controlled temperature, and careful aging in stainless steel tanks.
