It comes from select vineyards in Alto Adige, in sunny hilly areas facing south and southeast, at an altitude between 200 and 500 meters. The wine is distinguished by its lightness and elegance, with a bouquet reminiscent of fresh red fruits and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is harmonious and velvety, with soft tannins and balanced acidity, lending freshness and smoothness. The vineyards are located on moraine and limestone soils, with a good presence of sand and clay, and are perfectly drained. This composition favors the development of delicate aromas and maintains the natural balance of Schiava, enhancing freshness and drinkability. Cultivation is carried out with attention to sustainability and optimal vine management, to obtain healthy, high-quality grapes.
