Description

The blend is 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir. Thanks to a unique microclimate, favored by the proximity of the Livenza River, this Prosecco Treviso DOC is characterized by a bouquet of delicate white flowers and white-fleshed fruit on the nose. The palate is full and persistent, enveloped in a creamy perlage thanks to the long aging process, first in an autoclave and then in the bottle.

Sensory Characteristics

Color: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Aroma: Delicate white flowers and white-fleshed fruit.

Taste: Very harmonious, reminiscent of wild apple. Balanced, with a lingering finish.

Pairings

A sparkling wine that pairs particularly well with delicate dishes and can also be an excellent companion for an alternative aperitif.
