Born in 1982, it immediately became Valdo's first iconic wine. It pioneered the Charmat Method, with long aging on the lees, and was the winery's first Valdobbiadene DOCG produced with a brut dosage.

Description

The Cuvée di Boj Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG represents the terroir's finest expression. It comes from the Valle dei Buoi, a dedicated area in the hamlet of San Pietro di Barbozza in Valdobbiadene, a cru with extraordinary microclimatic and soil characteristics. The sparkling wine takes its name from this same valley, embodying all of Valdo's sparkling wine expertise.

Sensory Characteristics

Color: Straw yellow with bright golden highlights. Fine and persistent perlage.

Nose: Distinctive floral aroma with pronounced fruity notes of pear and Golden Delicious apple.

Taste: Refined, harmonious, with excellent persistence of aroma and flavor.

Pairings

It expresses its unique qualities to the fullest with fish-based dishes. Excellent as an aperitif, but even more so as a wine that perfectly accompanies the entire meal.
