Ribolla Gialla Brut "One&Only" D.o.c. Friuli - Fantinel

Ribolla Gialla sparkling wine, obtained directly from mostro fiore with direct foaming and refining in autoclave for 180 days.

Of a bright straw yellow, it offers intense fruity aromas, presenting itself to the palate lively fresh and splendidly harmonious. A long Charmat for this exclusive sparkling wine that enhances with authenticity the native Ribolla Gialla vine.

The harvested grapes are subjected to destemming-crushing, but not pressing, extracting the free-run must, exclusively through static draining. The sparkling wine is made directly from the must in small autoclaves (Charmat Method - approximately 180 days).
