Pitzon comes from vineyards located on well-exposed slopes in Alto Adige, where the Alpine climate, with marked temperature variations between day and night, allows the Riesling to develop a particularly fine and complex aromatic profile. The mineral-rich soils contribute to the wine's pronounced verticality and distinctive savory note. Vinification is geared toward preserving aromatic purity and precision, with temperature-controlled fermentation and aging allowing the wine to acquire balance and depth. The result is an elegant and dynamic Riesling, capable of fully expressing the terroir's character and evolving with great interest over the years.
