AMARONE della Valpolicella Classico D.o.c.g. 'MARNE 180' 2019 is one of the winemaking gems from the renowned Valpolicella wine region, in the heart of the province of Verona, Italy. This champagne is a Blanc de Blanc, which means it is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, one of the most renowned grape varieties in champagne production. The "Premiere Cru" label indicates that the grapes come from vineyards classified as Premier Cru in the Champagne vineyard classification scale, which denotes exceptional quality.

The Ramandolo, made from Verduzzo grapes, is one of the most prestigious sweet passito wines in northern Italy, renowned for its aromatic complexity, intense fragrances, and rich structure. Monte Olmi is the name of the vineyard located in Pedemonte di Valpolicella, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica. It has an extension of 2.5 hectares with south-west exposure. The vineyard is obtained on terraces: the steep slope ensures the loss of water in case of heavy rainfall, while the depth and the predominantly clayey structure allow it to retain water in periods of drought.

The harvest takes place in the first ten days of October where the grapes undergo a natural drying process in the vineyard. The harvest and subsequent destemming are done manually, followed by cold maceration and thermoregulated fermentation. Fermentation stops naturally when 13.5% vol. is reached, resulting in a residual sugar content of approximately 100 g/l.
