The palate is persistent and enveloping, offering a perfect harmony of elements that make for an enjoyable and refined drinking experience.

The Brunello di Montalcino 2018 from Castiglion del Bosco comes from the uniqueness of the Capanna vineyard, located north-west of Montalcino. Monte Olmi is the name of the vineyard located in Pedemonte di Valpolicella, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica. It has an extension of 2.5 hectares with south-west exposure. The vineyard is obtained on terraces: the steep slope ensures the loss of water in case of heavy rainfall, while the depth and the predominantly clayey structure allow it to retain water in periods of drought.

The harvest takes place in the first ten days of October where the grapes undergo a natural drying process in the vineyard. The harvest and subsequent destemming are done manually, followed by cold maceration and thermoregulated fermentation. Fermentation stops naturally when 13.5% vol. is reached, resulting in a residual sugar content of approximately 100 g/l.

"Refosco Tenuta Sant'Helena I.G.T. delle Venezie 2017" is a large format bottle, with a capacity of 1.5 liters, known as "magnum". This wine is produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, between the hills of Collio and the Grave plain. Refosco is a native grape variety that produces red wines with good structure and pleasant acidity, which makes them suitable for aging.

"La Roncaia IN ROSSO" is a selection of two local reds, Refosco 2018 and Fusco 2018, accompanied by the inevitable Ramandolo passito wine, here proposed in the 2019 harvest.

Inside, the case is divided into three sections, each carefully padded with natural straw to protect the bottles and give a rustic but refined look. The three wines are arranged horizontally, with visible labels.
