Monte Olmi is the name of the vineyard located in Pedemonte di Valpolicella, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica. It has an extension of 2.5 hectares with south-west exposure. The vineyard is obtained on terraces: the steep slope ensures the loss of water in case of heavy rainfall, while the depth and the predominantly clayey structure allow it to retain water in periods of drought.

"Teroldego Rotaliano D.O.C." is a red wine produced in the Trentino region of northern Italy, in the controlled designation of origin (D.O.C.) of Teroldego Rotaliano. It comes from vineyards located in the hilly areas of Pressano di Lavis, partly grown with the simple Trentino pergola and partly with gouyot, in clayey loam soils. After maceration of the crushed grapes for about 12 days at a controlled temperature and with frequent pumping over, it is racked and transferred to steel tanks and then refined in large oak barrels and barriques.

It comes from vineyards located on the Sorni hills and in Campo Rotaliano, grown with the simple Trentino pergola, in calcareous and sandy loam soils. After macerating the crushed grapes for 15 days at a controlled temperature, it is drawn off and transferred to steel tanks for refinement with a short passage in barriques.

Fusco 2018 Friuli Colli Orientali D.o.c. is a red wine produced in the Colli Orientali del Friuli area, a region renowned for producing high-quality wines in northeastern Italy. This wine is made entirely using Merlot grapes, one of the most famous red grape varieties in the world.

From vineyards located between the provinces of Avellino and Benevento, the selection of Aglianico di Taurasi grapes takes place. After fermentation and maceration on the skins for 18 days at controlled temperatures, the wine is left to settle for approximately three months in stainless steel before aging in French oak barriques for several months prior to bottling.

From Aglianico di Taurasi vineyards, located between the provinces of Avellino and Benevento, the finest grapes are selected to produce one of Italy's most renowned DOCG wines, Taurasi. After fermentation and maceration on the skins for approximately 18 days, with five pump-overs per day, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques, followed by 24 months of bottle refinement.

Historic cru of the company, it is the expression of grapes from the vineyard "il Crocino" composed of four plots, located in the highest part of the hill. The entire vineyard extends for 36 hectares on soils rich in sand and skeleton. The grapes intended for the production of this wine come exclusively from the Tenuta di Fizzano. After fermentation, the wine matures in 25 hl French oak barrels for 18-22 months, while a small part (10%) matures in new tonneaux for a few months, followed by a year of refinement in the bottle.

The Rosso di Montalcino Croce di Mezzo comes from the historic Villa de la Croce region of Montalcino, with vineyards situated at an altitude of 480 meters above sea level.
